Turn down the volume, you have it way too high.
The problem might very well be a defective mic in the handset. Not sure what kind of warranty Cingular has, but a manufacturer has one year, it sounds (pardon the pun) like a manufacturer defect in the mic to me, take it to the store,

I use Del Monte's Green Beans, and make my cream of mushroom soup from scratch. I make a lot of things from scratch so it only takes me about 20 minutes to put this together. Most people opt for the Campbell's recipe below.
Ingredients:
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup milk
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
8 cups cooked cut green beans
2 2/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions
Stir soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, beans and 1 1/3 cups onions in a 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir. Top with remaining onions. Bake for 5 minutes more.

The best phone for iTunes would be an iPhone… I don't know of any other phone that is compatible with iTunes.

While the Empire State Building’s management is keeping mum about Cameron Dabaghi’s suicide on Tuesday, some security guards are talking to the press anonymously. The Yale student jumped to his death from the 86th floor’s observation deck, which yesterday was watched over by at least six guards. One of them told the Daily News, “We have all sorts of security measures in place. It’s not like we didn’t try to stop him. It wasn’t quick. We tried to talk him down for a while. It’s not easy to get over these gates for a reason.” It’s unclear how many security guards were there that day, but the paper notes that their bosses, not expecting large crowds due to the weather, told several to stay home.
