Equality commission says an ageing population and increased willingness among older people to work should see default retirement age scrapped Workers should be able to stay in their jobs beyond the age of 65, and employers should be incentivised to allow older employees to work flexibly, the UK’s equality watchdog said today. I sometimes count the items in the person in front of me but I would NEVER say anything out loud, I just like numbers. That would be extremely rude. It is the cashier's responsibility and fault if the person goes through or the cashier doesn't say anything.

Yes, it is possible. The first step is to wash all the residue from the wood. Secondly, prime the cupboards with a good latex primer. Then paint your woodwork white. I've done this so many times I feel like I can do it in my sleep! I went from oak to white to hunter green and now a terra cotta color with dark green stencil (my counter tops are hunter green) and painted the walls a lighter color of the terra cotta.

I have never heard of this technique – doen't mean that's wrong, but never heard of it. I am going to guess that if you do expose the windows to steam heat for a prolonged period, expect the glazing compound to fail. You didn't say if you planned on re-glazing.
Personally the product Peel-away works fine for removing many layers of paint. Peel-away is expensive, but it works and isn't as messy as regular paint stripper.
If I didn't want to spend the money on a paint stripper, I would next try a heat gun.
Lastly, the only sure way to see of the wood is too wet to paint is to use a moisture meter. Unfortunately, moisture meters are all expensive, which is a damn shame.

sometimes people get caught up in the tribulations of their own life they forget to be polite. They may be under some very intense stress or strain. Do not hold it against them they are probably re-acting to impossible situations and being bombarded with God only know what. Pray for them and leave them to heaven. Stress has a way of making many people very rude, without really realizing it.

why not send them holiday cards with your business card inside. and perhaps a note thanking them for being such loyal customers even during these highly stressful economic times. Do not pitch any services or merchandise to them. Just say thank you
Ouch on fibromyalgia. I happen to know two people very close to me who suffer unexplained pains pretty much everywhere. They are not hypochondriacs and they have not been able to find relief. So maybe it’s caused by other things and connections haven’t been made?
