How To Describe Situation In English?

One person in the office gets a new working table, and he is currently *moving*(?) all his stuff to that table. And also his telephone is being replaced to the new table, so it is currently off. Meanwhile someone calls and asks for that person by telephone. How to say what is he doing right now? Just saying that he is unavailable is impossible due to some reasons.

As far as I can go without having to do significant acrobatics (visiting cemeteries, talking to family about nicknames, etc). This can usually get me back to about the 1870s, sometimes earlier.
I live in a spanish-speaking country and I've never gone abroad, and I've never talked to somebody that speaks English as their mother tongue. Anyway, I once had one of those. The whole dream was in English, however, it just happened once, now I just keep dreaming in Spanish. Strange question though.

I know my heritage because of genealogy research. I am Scot, Irish, English, French as far as I know. That might also help to describe your family and some of its traditions and where they came from.
Most of the folks posting here seem to miss the point that until now, it has generally not been governments that were paying the ransom. It was ship owners and cargo owners. These folks found it was cheaper and safer for their crews if they did not arm the ships, and simply negotiated a ransom.
There has not been a groundswell of support from any nation to spend large amounts fo Public funds to saturate the area with naval power.
