Copy Access table to Exel?
I run a long distance taxi service in England.
I take bookings on an Access form by clicking on customer answers, some of the click boxes are combi boxes.
The Access form does not email very well and is not very customer friendly. To improve this situation, I am trying to copy the booking from a Access datasheet view, and past on to a more customer friendly Excel spreadsheet. From here, I want to copy one cell from the one long line across the top of the sheet, and align it better on to another Exel data sheet, so that it's more presentable to the customer. The trouble is, If I click on a cell and 'sum' it to say, a date, the copied cell is entered not as a date, but by all noughts. The same is true for the customers name, or their telephone number, or whatever. Can someone please help? I need to sort this out very, very quickly. Thanks in advance!
