A database table is composed of field. A field can have a row and a column, A row and column intersection is called a cell. A single row (composed of different columns) is called a record. As for your question:

Employee number, employee name, street and telephone numbers will be a single row of record. Each of the value are stored on a field ex., EMP_NUM = employee number, EMP_NAME = employee name, STREET = street and TEL_NO = telephone number.

A key by the way is where a table is indexed or sorted. So if you key is the employee ID and you have the follow value on your EMP_NUM field (002, 003, 001, 005, 004) it will be sorted by your key and the result will be:

001
002
003
004
005

Were you drinking something sweet while you were using the phone? All it takes is a drop or two and one little scout ant to find it, then the whole clan will come for dinner.

This almost happened to my microwave too. I don't know, but you could put some masking tape around the open area's to prevent them from getting in there, or clean the phone every so often. This option may not be the best, but you could spray around the phone. Also heat can get them away sometimes.
